AI Compute at The Edge of The Edge

Infill AI is a new class of AI data center designed for the inference era.

Compact, fully autonomous facilities embedded in underutilized urban buildings, bring low-latency GPU compute to where AI is actually used.

Inference is becoming the dominant AI workload, and it wants to live in cities, not cornfields.

Distributed inference — AI demand is shifting from centralized training toward inference workloads deployed across many locations

Latency, locality, reliability — Inference workloads prioritize fast response times, proximity to users and data, and predictable operation

Urban readiness — Cities already contain the buildings, power, and fiber needed for AI infrastructure, but lack purpose-built inference facilities

A new class of AI data center.

Infill AI data centers are neighborhood-scale facilities designed specifically for inference workloads. Each site delivers high-performance GPU compute with on-premises-like low latency and control without requiring customers to own or operate a data center.

Urban & repurposed — Existing buildings, not greenfield sites

Proximate — Compute placed near demand and data

Autonomous — AI-operated facilities with minimal staffing

Scalable — Incremental, city-by-city deployment

Designed for cities. Built for autonomy.

Infill AI focuses on cities with active business communities, academic institutions, healthcare systems, and municipal operations—places where AI demand exists but hyperscale infrastructure is distant or constrained.

Each Infill AI site is created as a “building within a building.” Standardized GPU pods, power, cooling, and networking are deployed inside existing commercial structures—enabling rapid time-to-operation while minimizing disruption to surrounding communities.

Neighborhood-scale — 0.25–5MW, urban-embedded AI data centers sized for low-latency inference, not remote hyperscale training

Autonomous operations — Fully AI-operated facilities that dramatically reduce staffing, CapEx, and OpEx

Clustered resilience — City-level redundancy through multiple coordinated sites rather than a single massive facility

Infrastructure that works with cities, not against them.

Infill AI is designed to integrate cleanly into urban environments rather than overwhelm them. By distributing compute across smaller, embedded facilities, Infill AI reduces strain on city infrastructure while creating practical opportunities for reuse and local benefit.

Lower urban stress Smaller, distributed sites reduce pressure on power, water, and permitting pipelines

Reuse over sprawl — Reactivates underutilized urban real estate instead of consuming new land

Practical energy reuse Closed-loop cooling enables local reuse of GPU waste heat for co-located tenants and adjacent buildings
